Privacy Policy — Camera Album

Camera Album ("the App") is a local tool that helps you archive work photos and videos by scene. It is developed and maintained by an individual developer ("we"). Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains which phone permissions the App requests, what information it handles, how it is stored and protected, and the rights you have. Please read and agree to this policy before using the App. If you choose "Disagree", the App will exit and cannot provide its archiving services.

1. Information we handle

• Photos and videos. Photos and videos you take with the App, or that you actively import from your system gallery. All media files are stored in your device's local gallery folder Pictures/快拍归档/. The App never uploads any media to a server and never compresses quality.
• Location. To help you record where a photo was taken, your location is used when creating an album, watermarking photos, and using "View on Map". Location is obtained from GPS and network positioning. Reverse geocoding uses your phone's built-in geocoding service; coordinates are sent to the system map service only to translate them into place names, and for no other purpose.
• Audio. While recording video, the microphone captures ambient sound, which is saved locally together with the video.
• Crash logs. If the App crashes, a log (device model, OS version, crash location) is generated on your device. It is shared with the developer only if you voluntarily send it after giving consent. It is never uploaded automatically.

2. How we use information

We use the information above only to provide shooting, archiving, naming, viewing and export features. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or any commercial push. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with any third party.

3. Permissions and your choices

The App requests the following permissions and uses them as described:

• Camera — take photos and record videos;
• Microphone — capture sound while recording video (video only);
• Location — watermark shooting locations, auto-name albums, and open maps;
• Photos / media library — import media from your system gallery and save or read captured content.

You may grant or revoke any of these permissions at any time under your phone's Settings → Apps → Camera Album → Permissions. Revoking a permission only affects the related feature (e.g. no camera means no shooting; disabling location still lets you shoot, just without recording the place). The App never requests permissions before you consent. In-app, you can also review and enable permissions on the Settings page.

4. Storage, security and network

• All media files and records are stored on your device. The App has no account system and no self-hosted server.
• Apart from reverse geocoding via the system service, and the third-party map apps you deliberately open through "View on Map", the App does not transmit data to third parties. When you open a third-party map, that app handles your location under its own privacy policy; we suggest you review it.
• Backup files (JSON) exported by the backup feature are kept by you. Please store them safely.

5. Subscription and in-app purchase (Pro)

The App offers an optional Pro yearly subscription (one-time purchase, valid for one year, no auto-renewal) that unlocks benefits such as unlimited albums. Not subscribing does not affect the existing capture, archiving, viewing or export features. Price, purchase and restoration are all handled and recorded by the app store channel (e.g. Google Play). The App does not collect or store any payment information such as bank cards or payment accounts. Orders are linked only to your store account, and are used to restore purchases and prevent double charging. Pro status is a local feature flag: the current version never uploads subscription information to any server.

6. Your rights

• Deletion. You may delete any photo, video or an entire album at any time. On Android 11 and above, deletions go to the system "Recently deleted" and can be restored within 30 days.
• Export. On the Settings page you can export all records to your phone's Downloads folder in one tap.
• Uninstall. Uninstalling the App does not delete media files in your system gallery; you can manage them there.

7. Children

The App is intended for general work scenarios and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a minor uses the App, please ensure a guardian reads and agrees to this policy first.

8. Policy updates

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, you will be asked to review it the next time you open the App; material changes will be communicated prominently. You can always read the latest version in the App under Settings → Privacy Policy, or on this page.

快拍归档（以下称"本软件"）是一款帮助你按场景归档工作照片与视频的本地工具，由开发者个人开发与维护（以下称"我们"）。 我们深知个人信息对你的重要性。本政策旨在说明：本软件会申请哪些手机权限、处理哪些信息、如何存储与保护，以及你拥有的权利。 请在使用前完整阅读并同意本政策；若你选择"不同意"，本软件将退出且无法提供拍摄归档服务。

一、我们处理哪些信息

• 照片与视频：你使用本软件拍摄的照片、录像，或主动从系统相册导入的照片、视频。全部媒体文件保存在手机本地相册目录 Pictures/快拍归档/ 下，本软件不会上传任何媒体到服务器，也不压缩画质。
• 位置信息：为帮助你记录"在哪里拍摄"，在新建相册、照片水印、"在地图查看"时会使用你的位置。位置通过手机 GPS 与网络定位获得， 地名反查调用手机系统自带的地理编码服务，仅将坐标发送给系统地图服务用于翻译成地名文字，不用于其他目的。
• 录音内容：录像时麦克风用于采集现场声音，声音随视频一并保存在本地。
• 崩溃日志：软件异常退出时，会在本机生成崩溃日志（含设备型号、系统版本、崩溃位置），仅在获得你同意后由你主动分享给开发者用于修复问题， 不会自动上传。

二、我们如何使用信息

我们仅将上述信息用于提供拍摄、归档、命名、查看、导出等软件功能，不用于广告、用户画像或任何商业推送； 我们不会向任何第三方出售、出租或共享你的个人信息。

三、权限说明与你的选择

本软件申请权限及对应用途如下：

• 相机：拍摄照片、录制视频；
• 麦克风：录像时收录声音（仅录像时使用）；
• 位置信息：生成拍摄地点水印、相册默认名与地图跳转；
• 相册 / 存储：导入系统相册媒体、保存与读取拍摄内容。

你可以随时在手机"设置 → 应用管理 → 快拍归档 → 权限"中开启或关闭上述任一权限。关闭权限会影响对应功能 （如关闭相机则无法拍摄；关闭位置仍可正常拍摄，仅不记录地点）。本软件不会在未征得你同意前申请权限。 你也可以在软件内"设置 → 权限"中查看并开启权限。

四、存储、安全与网络

• 所有媒体文件与记录均存储在你的设备本地。本软件不设账号体系、无自建服务器。
• 除地名反查调用系统地理编码服务，以及你主动点击"在地图查看"跳转第三方地图应用外，本软件不会将数据传输给第三方。 跳转第三方地图时，第三方应用将按其自身的隐私政策处理你的位置，建议你查阅。
• 数据备份功能导出的记录文件（JSON）由你自行保管，请妥善存储。

五、订阅与内购（Pro）

本软件提供可选的 Pro 年度订阅（一次性买断一年，无自动续费），用于解锁"无限相册"等进阶权益； 不订阅不影响已有的拍摄、归档、查看与导出功能。订阅价格、购买与恢复购买均由应用商店渠道（如 Google Play）完成与记录， 本软件不收集、不存储你的银行卡、支付账户等任何支付信息；订单仅与你的商店账号关联，用于恢复购买与防止重复扣费。 Pro 状态为本地功能标记：当前版本不会把任何订阅信息上传到服务器。

六、你的权利

• 删除：你可以随时删除单个照片 / 视频或整个相册；Android 11 及以上删除后进入系统"最近删除"，30 天内可恢复。
• 导出：可在设置页一键导出全部记录到手机"下载"目录。
• 卸载：卸载本软件不会自动删除系统相册中的媒体文件，可自行在系统相册中管理。

七、未成年人保护

本软件面向一般工作场景，无意收集未成年人个人信息。若未成年人使用，请在监护人阅读并同意本政策后进行。

八、政策更新

我们可能适时更新本政策。更新后会在你下次打开本软件时提示阅读；重大变更将以显著方式告知。 你可以随时在"设置 → 隐私政策"中查阅最新版本，也可在本页面查看最新版本。
